BayCare invites applications for a Charge Registered Nurse to work full-time at the Free Standing ER on 102 S. Dale Mabry. This position is scheduled from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including every other weekend. Candidates must have substantial ER experience and desire to lead in a collaborative patient-care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead nursing care and patient management effectively
• Delegate and coordinate with the healthcare team
• Prioritize and review patient care plans actively
• Keep track of and document patient conditions
• React promptly to critical medical situations
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience
• BSN or relevant healthcare degree
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Strong commitment to patient care and skilled growth
