We are hiring a Completions Technician for a full-time contract in Edmonton. Utilize your document management skills and hands-on experience to facilitate successful project completion and handovers.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in completions activities and knowledge of quality documentation on major projects. You will work closely with construction and commissioning teams, ensuring all preservation records are meticulously maintained and prepared for audits. Solid communication and computer skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed records in Smart Completions system
• Attend meetings with preservation contractors and engineering teams




• Support monthly audits and documentation integrity
• Coordinate punch list management and ITR tasks
• Issue procedures via Document Control systems

Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years of work experience in completions
• Strong understanding of handover processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Hexagon Smart Completions experience preferred
