This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple stakeholders, drive project performance, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionDevelop and manage full project plans including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocationOversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones and contractual obligations are metCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain productivity and schedule adherenceConduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress compliancePrepare contracts, change orders, tender packages, and progress reportingCost & Financial ManagementDevelop and maintain project budgets and forecastsMonitor costs and implement cost control and efficiency measuresNegotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersWork closely with Superintendents to optimize labour and equipment usageClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary client liaison,
