Iris Software's client, one of the leading banks, is looking to hire for the following role.
Mode of Work Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)
Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Java application development with robust expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
Hands‑on experience designing and developing scalable backend applications using RESTful APIs, multithreading, and event‑driven architectures.
Strong experience with AWS services including Lambda, RDS, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM, and cloud‑native application development.
Experience with relational databases, SQL optimization, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Proven leadership experience mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, driving technical design decisions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver enterprise‑scale solutions.
