I AM GOLD is hiring an Experienced Light Duty Equipment Technician to perform essential inspections and repairs on our fleet of light vehicles. This role promises a hands-on approach to maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

In this role, you'll be integral to the upkeep of light-duty vehicles, performing routine inspections and repairs as a technician with I AM GOLD. Your robust mechanical knowledge and attention to detail will ensure that all vehicles operate safely and efficiently. The position mandates comprehensive documentation and adherence to workplace health and safety standards, making it vital to our mining operations' success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose light-duty vehicle issues thoroughly
• Repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems




• Perform maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations
• Replace components like batteries and spark plugs
• Document all work completed and report problems

Requirements:
• Automotive Service Technician diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ontario Certification required
• 5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Open pit mining experience advantageous
• Computer proficiency for maintenance documentation
