As a Level 3 cybersecurity operational coordinator, you will engage in critical incident handling and mitigation tracking. This position emphasizes direct collaboration with Cyber Detection & Response teams and proactive communication to ensure swift resolutions. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into effective cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the cybersecurity liaison for client environments
• Manage incident escalations and coordinate responses
• Support major cybersecurity incident recoveries
• Align business priorities with technical risk management
• Ensure effective knowledge sharing and service improvements
Requirements:
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity and SOC operations
• Experience with incident management and escalation issues
• Familiarity with SIEM and EDR tools
• English required; French as an asset
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity or IT
