Retail Store Supervisor (Golf Pro Shop)

Compensation & Benefits
Wage rate: $36.70 per hour (40 hours per week).

Benefits: Relocation expenses covered and first three months of medical insurance if required.

Qualifications

High School diploma is an asset.

Minimum 1 year of previous experience in the retail sector.

Job Duties

Supervise operations, including opening and closing, ordering, maintaining supplies, and cash handling.

Supervise work of employees and volunteers, prepare work schedules and train current staff.

Sell golf merchandise to customers.

Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise.

Assist with inventory controls.





Assist with public relations and customer service by greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing information.

Prepare and maintain appropriate records.

Operate and assist with the management of the golf course tee sheet and point of sale system.

Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service training.
