Key Responsibilities:
• Handle family law cases from intake to closure
• Attend court hearings and mediation sessions
• Draft various legal documents and pleadings
• Communicate effectively with clients and court personnel
• Train and mentor support staff in legal procedures
Requirements:
• LLB or JD degree and five years of related experience
• Licensed to practice in Alberta
• Knowledge of family law legislation and court rules
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities
