• Serve as a subject matter expert on labour relations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in labour relations or similar
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple union relations
• Highly skilled in communication and negotiation
• Valid driver's license required for travel
