Your responsibilities will include managing metallurgical balances, overseeing departmental budgeting, and providing training to enhance operational practices among team members. Your expertise will be critical in meeting gold production targets efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain high safety standards at work
• Oversee the TMF Manual and Emergency Response Plans
• Produce and manage metallurgical balances and data




• Optimize processes based on production trends
• Mentor and train plant personnel on industry standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Metallurgical Engineering or related fields
• Registration as Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) required
• PMP Designation is a plus
• Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial experience
• Knowledge of metallurgical test work principles important
