As the Director of Quality, you will craft and oversee the Quality Management strategies throughout project life cycles, ensuring alignment with both internal and external quality benchmarks. This hands-on leadership position welcomes an individual with extensive experience in mining, project management, and quality governance frameworks, eager to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive quality strategies
• Maintain regional compliance with quality standards
• Lead quality assurance assessments and process improvements




• Interface with engineering and project leads for optimal execution
• Manage internal audit programs and ensure quality metrics are met

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical field
• Over 15 years of progressive quality management expertise
• Deep understanding of mining and mineral delivery models
• Proven ability to lead in complex organizational structures
• Quality certifications such as CQE or CMQ/OE are assets
