Join as a Senior Business Analyst onsite to enhance core digital identity strategies for the Agency. Focus on crafting actionable user stories and data specifications for complex integrations.
This role is based at 525 University Avenue under an 11-month contract. You will contribute significantly to the IAA modernization program by developing a robust requirements baseline, engaging closely with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document high-complexity functional requirements
• Develop unambiguous acceptance criteria using BDD/Gherkin
• Conduct stakeholder engagement for requirement refinement
• Support Agile sprint ceremonies and backlog management
• Generate reports on requirements and testing materials
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of Business Analysis expertise
• A minimum of 3 years in senior positions
• Familiar with identity frameworks like OIDC and OAuth
• Experience with Azure DevOps and analysis tools
• Public sector healthcare experience is a plus
