As part of Weatherproofing Technologies, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple roofing projects, ensuring high standards from start to finish. You will oversee safety protocols, provide crew training, and maintain communication throughout all project phases. Your expertise in various roofing systems will guide successful repairs and restorations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee projects ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency
• Direct and train Field Technicians on-site
• Conduct daily inspections and safety briefings




• Order and manage inventory for timely project completion
• Provide detailed updates to stakeholders on project status

Requirements:
• At least five years of experience in a foreman role within roofing
• Proven skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Solid time management and communication abilities
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel
• Experience with BUR, SBS, and metal roofing systems
