Senior Bilingual Property Manager role within the real estate & property management team responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 4,000+ properties in Canada and the US, leading a team of Property Managers across the region. The position reports to the Director of Real Estate & Property Management and requires collaboration with Operations, Asset Management, Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Development, Finance and Accounting.

Work Environment
On‑site, 5 days a week, in office.
Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of Property Managers within an assigned region to ensure all Property Management matters are addressed professionally and effectively.
Liaise with landlords and franchisees on year‑end reconciliations, property maintenance, lease interpretation, site disputes and escalations.
Maintain the integrity of lease data within the system, including monthly rent and CAM payments, budgeted CAM, taxes, year‑end reconciliations, and other ad‑hoc billings.
Reconcile accounts, manage year‑end adjustments, SOAs & monthly rent, CAM, taxes, and address property management escalations.
Assist in property tax reviews, lease audits and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare correspondence related to rent adjustments, outstanding payments, CAM costs and site issues.
Oversee the Non‑Restaurant Property portfolio, establishing maintenance schedules and day‑to‑day management.
Manage bad debt and collection activities, including tenant arrears.
Ensure all month‑end and quarterly tasks are captured effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, property accounting, revenue accounting or lease administration with strong financial competencies and/or legal experience in retail/commercial real estate.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for influencing a wide range of audiences on complex or delicate issues.
Well‑organized with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
Experience managing and working in cross‑functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a quick‑paced environment and handle uncertainty with nimbleness and problem‑solving skills.
Ownership mentality and a win‑win mindset for stakeholders with competing priorities.
Advanced project management skills.
Salary & Compensation
Base salary for the Toronto market ranges from $100,000 – $120,000 CAD. Compensation may include a discretionary bonus plan and potential equity grants under the company’s long‑term incentive program.
