As a senior leader in the Community Development Department, you will provide technical expertise and mentorship to planning professionals. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall strategic direction for development planning
• Lead a high-performing team of planning professionals

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in planning, Urban Studies, or equivalent
• 10+ years of municipal planning experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
