As an Account Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer support to address and resolve customer needs effectively. Your responsibilities will drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Location: Brampton, ON (7525 Financial Dr.)

Roles and Responsibilities

Process customer orders, make sales calls, and establish relationships with customers

Build territory/account approach and monitor resources

Collaborate with different departments to execute account development plans

Prioritize concurrent customer demands and provide satisfactory service to all

Balance concurrent requests for assistance from internal and external customers for customer service issues

Complete tasks with speed and accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales and marketing, economics, or related fields

1–3 years of sales or related experience

Experience in the metal industry is preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

SAP experience is a plus

Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Positive attitude, competitive, goal-oriented, driven with a passion to excel

Salary: $50,000–$72,000 annually. A starting salary higher than $50,000 annually is based on a level of experience and education that significantly exceeds the minimum requirements and is commensurate with the compensation scale.
