Technical Marketing Copywriter - Contract position
Our client, a leading e-commerce platforms, is hiring a Technical Marketing Copywriter for a 1-year contract (with potential renewal) based in downtown Toronto, hybrid with 2 days per week in office.

This is a role for a writer who can make complex things explicit. You'll own content end-to-end - emails, website posts, video scripts, and internal presentations - translating global policy requirements into engaging, approachable messaging that helps sellers succeed across international markets. You'll partner with platform governance and live commerce teams, collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Product, and Customer Support, and keep multiple projects moving across regions and time zones. AI tools are part of the workflow here, used to sharpen quality and speed.

What You Bring

8+ years of copywriting and content creation across formats

Excellent English writing and editing with a sharp eye for detail

Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, or related

Experience with CMS platforms and eCommerce

Cross-functional stakeholder management is a strong plus
