Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain CNC programming methodologies
• Enhance machining efficiency and quality across operations
• Lead initiatives for reducing scrap and improving throughput




• Design workholding solutions to increase production efficiency
• Mentor team members to adhere to best practices

Requirements:
• Strongly preferred: Red Seal Journeyman Machinist
• 10 years of CNC machining experience required
• Proven record of cycle time reduction strategies
• Familiarity with GibbsCAM and multi-axis CNC programming
• Robust aptitude for problem-solving and analytical skills
