WES is seeking a dedicated Remote Program Associate for Career Pathways initiatives. Maximize your impact through program coordination and stakeholder engagement across Canada and the U.S.

As a full-time associate, you will report directly to the Deputy Director and play a crucial role in administrative and operational support. Candidates must have over three years of related experience in workforce development and a commitment to enriching immigrant experiences. Collaboration and strong organizational skills are crucial in this multi-faceted role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the execution of Career Pathways initiatives
• Engage with partners and manage scheduling for projects
• Organize events, ensuring clarity in communications




• Document key learnings and stakeholder feedback
• Maintain systematic oversight of project timelines

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience
• 3+ years of administrative or event coordination
• Solid communication and strategic thinking abilities
• High attention to detail in project management
• Familiarity with immigrant challenges and workforce issues
