Location: Morton Plant Mease Primary Care Sunset Point | Clearwater, FL

Facility: BayCare Health System, Sunset Point PC – BMG

Shift: Days | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hours may vary)

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite

Status: Non-Exempt

Role Overview
As an LPN II, you will support providers and patients by delivering high-quality clinical care while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations within the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the physician and healthcare team during patient visits

Reviewing patient charts and preparing patients for examinations and procedures





Interviewing patients and obtaining relevant medical information

Administering injections and performing clinical testing as needed

Following up on test orders and communicating results to providers and patients

Providing patient education and care instructions

Maintaining medical equipment and clinical inventory

Supporting workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction

Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Experience:

Required: 2 Years of Licensed Practical Nurse experience

Preferred: 2 Years Previous medical office experience

Licensure / Certification
Required: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
