Overview DHR Enterprises Ltd. DBA Chevron is looking for a Store Manager – Retail to work at 3850 Island Hwy W, Qualicum Beach, BC, V9K 2G9. Salary is 41 dollars per hour and 30 hours per week. Although this is a full time position, part-time job seekers are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of establishments engaged in retail sales
Manage staff and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
Source and negotiate with vendors when necessary to procure merchandise for resale
Develop and implement marketing strategies
Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
Address staffing requirements, development and retention of staff
Qualifications Completion of secondary school is required
2–3 years of related retail experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required
