Position Title: HRIS Analyst - Concord, Ontario

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 per year + discretionary annual target bonus at 5% - 7.5%

Job Responsibilities

Act as first point of contact for employee lifecycle change requests, executing updates in employee master files via UKG for items such as new hires, terminations, layoffs, salary changes and organizational changes for Canadian employees, unionized and non‑unionized.

Upload required supporting documentation in UKG to ensure compliance standards are well maintained (e.g., offer letter, termination letter).

Handle enrollment and adjustments related to Total Reward plans such as Pension & Benefits and other company‑sponsored or non‑company‑sponsored plans.

Manage the processing of vacation requests in WFM.

Process ROE's with UKG and submit to Service Canada.

Process mass layoffs/recalls, preparing Excel files for status, deduction implications (union dues, pensions, etc.).





Support the testing of system upgrades, enhancements, changes and CBA updates.

Update Salesforce tickets daily.

Enter/upload timecards as required.

Proactively review outstanding requests and communicate with stakeholders for fast resolution.

Collaborate with other shared services teams to ensure cross‑departmental responsibilities are met.

Reconcile all payroll liabilities General Ledger account in a timely manner.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor of Accounting or HR Payroll and 2-3 years of experience

Excellent knowledge of finances including accounting principles and practices.

Knowledge of Payroll Accounting.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to provide a balanced and common‑sense approach to routine and complex issues.

Ability to manage multiple projects or assignments.

Thorough research and problem‑solving skills.

Expert at meeting deadlines while maintaining compliance and regulatory standards.

Capable of providing a balanced and common‑sense approach to routine and complex issues.

Excel at working well while under pressure.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Bilingual in English & French is an asset.
