• Create and sustain project plans, budgets, and timelines
• Provide regular updates to executives and stakeholders




• Serve as the primary point of client contact
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project

Requirements:
• 3–7 years of experience in project management within IT
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred but not essential
• Robust risk management and customer service skills
• Proficiency with PSA tools like ConnectWise
• Flexibility for after-hours availability
