Are you passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness and creating engaging content that inspires people?

The Moon Brand of Companies, home to Sugarmoon Salon and BODÉ Spa for Men, is looking for a creative, organized and energetic Social Media Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Toronto.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being behind the camera just as much as behind the screen. You'll work closely with our leadership team to capture authentic content, tell compelling brand stories and help grow our online communities.

Responsibilities

Visit our Toronto locations to capture photo and video content

Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn content

Film treatments, product demonstrations, staff features and behind-the-scenes moments

Edit videos, reels and photography for social media and digital marketing

Write engaging captions that reflect each brand's voice

Schedule and publish content across multiple social media platforms

Assist with newsletters, promotions and marketing campaigns

Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when required

Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports with recommendations for growth

Stay current on social media trends, platform updates and emerging content ideas

Collaborate with salon managers and leadership to plan monthly content calendars

Maintain organized marketing workflows and content planning

Qualifications

Previous experience creating social media content for a beauty, wellness, fashion or lifestyle brand





Excellent photography and videography skills

Strong video editing experience for short-form content

Exceptional writing and communication skills

Passion for the beauty and wellness industry

Highly organized with excellent time management

Comfortable working independently while collaborating with multiple teams

Flexible schedule with the ability to travel to Toronto locations for content creation

Experience using Notion for project management and content planning is considered a strong asset

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar editing platforms is an asset

Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics is preferred
