You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, tracking budgets, and maintaining compliance with various funding agreements. Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor finance staff and oversee their activities (5 total)
• Review monthly financial transactions and journal entries




• Prepare and analyze organizational financial statements
• Manage the annual operating and capital budgets
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in a financial role
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) preferred
• Solid leadership and analytical skills
• Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting software
• Genuine passion for community service
