In the role of Safeguarding & Anti-Discrimination Venue Manager, your focus will be on executing policies that promote safety and inclusion during the FIFA World Cup 26™. As a key figure during match days, you will work closely with volunteers, security teams, and operational managers to address any issues of discrimination and safeguarding effectively. This position is crucial in creating a positive tournament atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead venue-specific anti-discrimination initiatives
• Support volunteer management and training on match days
• Coordinate with security and operations for swift issue resolution
• Document safeguarding incidents and concerns
• Inspect fan materials for compliance with guidelines
Requirements:
• Experience in safeguarding or human rights fields
• Knowledge of anti-discrimination policies
• Solid communication skills in multicultural settings
• Understanding of professional confidentiality
• Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French is an asset
