You will support the Manager of Nursing Practice and Education in fostering a competent nursing workforce with a focus on patient safety and evidence-based practices. This role is vital for planning, implementing, and assessing training programs for current technologies and departmental procedures for nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and assess nursing educational modules
• Serve as a clinical mentor and coach for nursing staff
• Support development of nursing policies promoting quality care




• Facilitate training on documentation and patient care technologies
• Uphold standards for patient safety and quality assurance

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or BScN with relevant experience
• Active RN Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum five years clinical experience in perioperative care
• Expertise in teaching and competency assessment
• Familiarity with SurgiNet documentation standards
