Job Summary Road Mechanic – Level 2 – Responsible for preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools and equipment, large‑scale power‑generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
Work on a variety of equipment in challenging remote locations.
Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
Work with a safety‑focused team of people.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
3–5 years of mechanic experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas equipment) strongly preferred.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record; CDL license may be required in some locations.
Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
Ability to be adaptable with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Must be able to provide mechanic’s tools of trade.
Physical Demands The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Pay Range Base Pay Range: $35.77 – $49.19 per hour.
