As a Bodily Injury Claims Representative II, you will be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and resolution of claims files in litigation. You will contribute to our client service culture through daily interactions with clients and by implementing innovative, client‑centric solutions.

How You Will Create Impact

Investigating, interpreting coverage, negotiating and making decisions autonomously to resolve complex bodily injury claims.

Contacting claimants, clients, lawyers and witnesses in the investigation and resolution of claims.

Managing complex files in defense litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Coaching, training, and providing technical support to the claims team.

Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.

To Join Our Team

You have three years of claims or related business experience.

You have a post‑secondary degree or diploma.

You have a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or are working towards one.

You have or will attain provincial adjuster license(s) depending on the province of work.

What You Need To Know

You will travel occasionally.

You must have your own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

This role involves direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.

Extended work hours, including weekends, may be required.

You will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment for successful candidates.

Salary information
Expected salary range: $60,574.00 to $100,956.00 CAD

The salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co‑operators at its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.

Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
