They are seeking a strategic Senior Finance Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Senior Finance Manager provides financial leadership and oversight of the organization's financial operations, ensuring strong stewardship, compliance, and long-term sustainability. Reporting to the Executive Director, responsibilities include:Leading the organization's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting, and variance analysisOverseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, and payroll oversightManaging funding agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and the timely preparation of financial reports for fundersProviding strategic financial analysis and recommendations to support organizational planning and decision-makingPreparing financial reports and presentations for the Executive Director, Finance & Audit Committee, Treasurer, and Board of DirectorsCoordinating the annual audit, charitable filings, tax remittances, and regulatory compliance requirementsDeveloping, implementing, and continuously improving financial policies, processes, internal controls, and system automation initiativesOverseeing payroll, employee advantages administration,
