This position offers the unique opportunity to construct production-ready agentic artificial intelligence systems that tackle intricate healthcare operational challenges, going far beyond prototype demonstrations to address genuine industry problems. As a new graduate engineer, you will contribute meaningfully to building technology that automates complex healthcare workflows while learning from experienced technical leaders in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you'll do Architect and implement robust backend infrastructure and full-stack applications that power intelligent AI agents and healthcare automation platforms, ensuring scalability and maintainability from day one.
Develop comprehensive product features and platform capabilities focused on workflow pathway management, automated testing frameworks, real-time monitoring solutions, and production-level reporting dashboards.
Strengthen overall system dependability by engineering sophisticated run state management, implementing efficient queue processing mechanisms, building intelligent error classification systems, and creating detailed observability dashboards for operational insights.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including product managers, designers, and deployment specialists to translate healthcare standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements into functional automated solutions.
Own complete project lifecycles from initial concept and implementation through production deployment, ongoing monitoring, and continuous iteration based on real-world performance data.
Contribute to the development of internal tooling that accelerates the team's ability to build, test, and deploy AI-powered healthcare solutions more efficiently.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to maintain high engineering standards while learning best practices from senior team members.
Help establish and refine engineering processes that support rapid iteration while maintaining the reliability required for healthcare applications.
Investigate and resolve production issues by analyzing system behavior, identifying root causes,



and implementing permanent fixes that prevent recurrence.
Document technical decisions, system architectures, and operational procedures to support team knowledge sharing and onboarding of future engineers.
Engage with healthcare domain experts to deeply understand the operational challenges that the platform aims to solve, ensuring technical solutions align with real user needs.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI agent capabilities by analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements Recently completed or soon completing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a closely related technical discipline.
Demonstrated mastery of core software engineering principles including data structures, algorithms, system design fundamentals, and clean coding practices.
Proven hands-on experience through meaningful internships at technology companies, academic research projects, contributions to open-source software communities, involvement with early-stage startups, or development of production-grade software applications.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous problem spaces where requirements may evolve, demonstrating the ability to take ownership and drive progress without requiring constant supervision or detailed instructions.
Genuine enthusiasm for leveraging modern AI-powered development tools to enhance coding productivity, streamline debugging processes, and accelerate overall software development workflows.
