You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success and foster innovation in energy solutions. This position is based in Toronto, Ontario, and offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.

What you'll do Lead and manage multiple energy-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to guide project execution effectively.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of project components and adherence to technical specifications.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and adjusting plans as necessary to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
Implement best practices in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to enhance project delivery and team efficiency.




Monitor project performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and ensure project success.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management office, identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability while identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
Act as a mentor to junior project managers, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth within the organization.
Requirements A bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; a master's degree or PMP certification is highly preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy sector, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar platforms.
Exceptional leadership skills,



with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Nice to have Experience with renewable energy projects, including solar, wind, or hydroelectric initiatives.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the energy sector.
Previous experience in a client‑facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
Knowledge of financial management principles related to project budgeting and cost control.
Proficiency in additional project management software or tools, such as Trello or Jira.
