What you'll do Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, and resource allocation, while effectively communicating these to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
Facilitate regular project meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure all team members are informed and engaged.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any challenges encountered.
Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and open communication among team members and stakeholders.
Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and maintain documentation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Mentor and support junior project managers and team members, providing guidance and sharing best practices.




Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within project management practices.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or information technology.
Proven experience managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
A valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Nice to have Experience in managing projects in the public sector or with government agencies.
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Knowledge of risk management frameworks and practices.
Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
