In this role, you will lead a team responsible for developing comprehensive cost estimates for diverse facilities and infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise multi-discipline cost estimates and construction schedules
• Develop detailed estimates for architectural and structural components
• Validate material takeoffs from design drawings




• Compile input from all estimating disciplines into one estimate
• Prepare basis of cost estimate report deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years in estimating and construction roles
• Experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
• Solid proficiency in estimating software like InEight or Sage
• Client-facing experience and leadership capabilities
