Hypercare Customer Experience Coordinator at Quartermaster As a Hypercare Customer Experience Coordinator at Quartermaster, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support during critical periods following product launches or updates. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and possess a keen ability to manage and resolve issues efficiently. You will work closely with various teams to facilitate a seamless experience for our users, ensuring that their needs are met promptly and effectively.

What you'll do Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the hypercare phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues that arise post-launch.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and updates, enabling you to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Monitor customer feedback and support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that recurring issues are addressed proactively.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
Conduct training sessions for customers on new features and functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the product effectively.
Provide insights and recommendations to the product team based on customer feedback, helping to shape future product enhancements.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to communicate updates and changes to customers, ensuring a consistent message across all channels.
Assist in the creation of customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to gauge the effectiveness of hypercare support and identify areas for improvement.
Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Quartermaster.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on strategies to improve the customer experience.
Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management to continually enhance your skills and the service provided to customers.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within a technology or software company.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
with a focus on clarity and empathy.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support.
Nice to have Experience in a hypercare or post-launch support role is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Previous experience in training or onboarding customers on new products or features.
Bilingual abilities (English and French) are an asset.
