Senior Business Analyst at Agoda. About the role Agoda is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Supply Department in Toronto. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering data-driven insights to optimize the global supply ecosystem and requires collaboration with teams in Bangkok.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 CAD plus annual bonus eligibility

What you'll do Transform business briefs into structured analytical projects by refining objectives and building hypotheses.
Analyze large datasets to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Identify and execute initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and supply strategy.
Develop and lead projects that scale the use of data and intelligence across the organization.
Automate manual operational tasks and report on resulting time savings.
Requirements 2-5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, strategy, or business intelligence.
Bachelor degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics, or finance.




Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
Strong skills in Python or R and Excel.
Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques including regression, logistic regression, and random forest.
Proven experience with A/B testing and stakeholder management.
Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week to coordinate with the Bangkok office.
Nice to have MBA or Master degree in a quantitative discipline.
Program management certifications such as PMI or PRINCE2.
Skilled background in the travel industry, e-commerce, tech, or consulting.
Experience working with Asian markets.
