Clutch Technologies Inc. is looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to define and implement our platform strategy. This hybrid role focuses on enhancing developer workflows and infrastructure.
As Clutch’s inaugural Staff Platform Engineer, you will have a critical role in shaping our platform engineering roadmap. You will be responsible for developing an internal platform that maximizes productivity through innovative self-service tools. Your expertise will also manage CI/CD systems and cloud architecture, ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement the engineering roadmap and strategy
• Develop internal developer platforms for enhanced productivity
• Manage deployment pipeline architecture and CI/CD systems




• Architect scalable cloud environments with Terraform and AWS
• Automate processes to enhance engineering velocity
Requirements:
• 8+ years in DevOps or platform engineering roles
• Experience as a Staff Engineer or Technical Lead
• Proficient in Docker, AWS, and Terraform
• Solid programming skills in Go, Python, or JavaScript
• Excellent communication skills for technical influence
