What you'll do Design and implement innovative economic systems that enhance player engagement and retention in our mobile games.
Analyze player behavior and in-game data to identify trends and make informed decisions about the economy.
Collaborate with game designers to ensure that the economy aligns with overall game mechanics and player experience.
Develop and maintain balance in in-game currencies, rewards, and monetization strategies to optimize player satisfaction and revenue.
Create detailed documentation outlining economic models, including virtual currencies, pricing strategies, and reward structures.
Conduct regular assessments of the economy's performance and make adjustments based on player feedback and market trends.
Work closely with the analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the in-game economy and provide actionable insights.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new features and monetization opportunities.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure our economic systems remain competitive and appealing.




Test and iterate on economic features through A/B testing and player feedback to refine and enhance the overall experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with the in-game economy, ensuring a cohesive player experience.
Provide training and support to other team members regarding economic design principles and best practices.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Economics, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in game design, with a focus on economic systems or monetization strategies.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in game design tools and software, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of mobile game mechanics and player psychology.
Experience with A/B testing and other methodologies for evaluating game features and economic systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice to have Familiarity with player behavior analytics tools and methodologies.
Experience in free-to-play (F2P) game design and monetization strategies.
