As Director of Contractor Network, you will collaborate directly with the Vice President, Operations, to establish a multi-year strategy for managing and evolving the Contractor Network. You will lead efforts to ensure high-quality service delivery through robust performance management, clear operational standards, and enhanced digital solutions. This leadership role requires a mix of operational insight and partnership development to support CAA’s mission of member safety and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute network performance strategies
• Ensure reliable service delivery through high standards




• Utilize KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring
• Lead communication and training for service providers
• Collaborate with CAA Clubs for operational best practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of vendor management and operations
• Proven track record in contract negotiation
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and French preferred
