- 3+ years brokerage experience (no direct writers)
- RIBO licensed with solid auto/home knowledge
- Local to Markham/GTA for reliable hybrid attendance
- PowerBroker experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
- Someone who thinks like an advisor, not just processes tasks
