Production Supervisor

Owen Daniels is partnered with an established manufacturer based in Surrey, BC. They are seeking an organized and diligent Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators and take ownership of day-to-day production across the site.

This role combines leadership, production planning, and cross-functional collaboration - ideal for someone who thrives in a busy manufacturing environment and takes pride in running an organized, safe operation.

Job Summary

- Lead, direct, and motivate a team of production operators.
- Champion safe operating practices across the shop floor.
- Plan and schedule production using Excel and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align order priorities with production capacity.
- Provide management with dashboards and reporting on production performance.
- Maintain an organized, clean working environment.
- Hire, onboard, and develop production staff.

Required and Desirable Experience

- Proven supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Solid leadership skills - able to hire, motivate, and direct staff.
- Safety-focused with high standards for housekeeping and organization.
