Position OverviewThe Sales Associate is responsible for sales generation and delivering a positive customer experience. The Sales Associate will also handle a variety of operational duties as assigned by the store management team (e.G., housekeeping duties, visual presentation standards, etc.).Reports ToStore ManagementEssential FunctionsCustomer ExperienceGreeting Customers: Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere non-business-like greeting.First Impressions: Create a positive first impression for the customer through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code.Store Standards: Maintain a sparkling clean and organized setting by adhering to store standards and cleanliness.Product Information: Provide customers with current relevant information about the product.Fitting Room Service: Provide quality service in the fitting rooms, follow up with customers in a timely manner, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and attempt to add on to the sale.Cash Wrap Efficiency: Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer Gift Cards, maintain cash wrap cleanliness, and capture customer information in the database.Customer Appreciation: Sincerely thank all customers for shopping at GUESS as they exit the store.Cooperation & DependabilityTask Completion: Satisfactorily complete all duties as assigned by management.Punctuality: Be punctual and adhere to the designated work schedule.Teamwork: Be flexible and work well with peers and management to accomplish duties.Policy Adherence:
