Responsabilités

- Serve as the primary Global Trade contact for the Longueuil site, coordinating international trade activities.
- Collaborate with GTPS to identify, assess, and manage global trade issues and opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate site‑level GT council(s) and the GT community.
- Serve as point of contact for site audits, corrective actions, site card maintenance, and related data.
- Communicate clearly, build relationships, exercise good judgment and work effectively across the organization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
- Experience ensuring compliance with ITAR, EAR, and U.S. sanctions regulations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills in a matrixed organization.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills; works in a French‑speaking environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Self‑starter with demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, manage crises, and build effective networks.
- Comfortable making quick decisions, exercising valuable judgment, and escalating issues appropriately.
- Experience working with executive‑level management and communicating at all organizational levels.
- CORE Apprentice certification.

Employment Details

Full‑time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours. On‑site only in Longueuil.
