Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Manager, Corporate Finance and Planning is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and delivering the enterprise financial outlook. This role integrates financial inputs across commodities and corporate services to produce accurate forecasts, executive and Board-level reporting, and strategic insights. Acting as a central coordination point across FP&A functions, the position applies advanced financial analysis and modeling to challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and support enterprise decision-making.AccountabilitiesLead and assume end-to-end accountability for enterprise financial planning and reporting processesOversee and govern the consolidation preparation of executive and Board-level materialsOversee quarter-end MD&A deliverablesOwnership of final enterprise reporting outputs and planning deliverablesEstablish standards and expectations for reporting quality, timelines and outputProvide independent oversight and validation of enterprise forecasts and reporting deliverablesProvide forward-looking, enterprise-level insights that shape financial strategy and performance outcomesApply independent judgment to assess risk, challenge assumptions, and address ambiguityEvaluate interdependencies across business units to identify systemic risks and opportunitiesAnalyze financial results, variances, and forward-looking implicationsChallenge assumptions and enhance analytical rigorDeliver Board and Executive ready materials that withstand scrutiny and support strategic decisionsOwn the narrative of financial performance, ensuring clarity,



alignment and credibility.Provide independent recommendations with enterprise-wide impactDevelop transparent, concise, and visually effective executive presentationsSynthesize complex data into key messages for decision-makingAnticipate executive-level questions and ensure materials support scrutinyElevate reporting to be insight-driven and decision-orientedLeverage modeling outputs to inform strategic scenarios and decision makingAdvance analytical capabilities by promoting best practices and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain driver-based financial models supporting enterprise forecastingStrengthen modeling governance, transparency, and consistencyEstablish and promote best practices in financial analysisServe as a central integration point across FP&A and corporate finance functionsApply seasoned judgment in complex and ambiguous situationsLead through influence in a matrixed environmentEstablish standards, frameworks and best practicesManage complex, multi-stakeholder workstreamsOperate with a high degree of autonomy and accountabilityIdentify gaps and recommend continuous improvement opportunitiesEducation and ExperienceUniversity - Bachelor degree or equivalent8-10+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance1+ years of leadership experienceAdvanced financial modeling capability, including driver-based modelsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity #J-18808-Ljbffr
