You will create meaningful play experiences, provide healthy snacks, supervise outdoor and indoor activities, and ensure the safety and well‐being of children in your care.Duties vary by centre, but your role always includes supporting children, assisting colleagues, and contributing to a welcoming and well‐organized environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet children and families with warmth and professionalismSupport children as they transition from home to program, including self‐regulation and social engagementEngage children in meaningful activities using a programming cart of materialsProvide morning snacks, ensuring children wash hands and eat safelyHelp children tidy up and prepare for their school day, including outdoor play as appropriateSet up and facilitate activities aligned with How Does Learning Happen?Supervise snack and ensure all children eat safelyProvide indoor and outdoor play opportunities and support children's interestsMonitor children's behaviour,
