The Host Family Coordinator is responsible to recruit and retain Home Provider family locations. The Host Family Coordinator is responsible to facilitate and support matches between Homesharers (adults) and approved Home Provider families and seek to promote Karis Disability Services' service principles in the lives of people supported. Host Family Coordinators ensure service provision follows Karis Disability Services policies and procedures, Ministry legislation and Ministry Host Family Services Directives. They work in collaboration with relevant community partners in support of the needs and goals of Homesharers and Host Family Providers.The Host Family Coordinator helps build communities of belonging in accordance with the core values of Karis Disability Services; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts. They respect and uphold the Values, Vision and Mission of Karis Disability Services, demonstrating the highest standards of courtesy,
