As a Lead Project Engineer you will guide complex energy projects from concept through detailed engineering, act as a key client interface, and drive multidisciplinary collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead planning, scheduling, and estimation of engineering design activities from concept through construction‐ready deliverablesDrive project success by identifying risks early and ensuring delivery across quality, schedule, and cost objectivesCoordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, providing technical direction and aligning all deliverablesInterpret project scope and specifications to ensure compliance with technical, regulatory, and WSP standardsOversee and approve engineering designs, maintaining quality assurance and consistency with project goalsServe as the primary technical interface with clients, providing guidance on complex engineering challengesSupport execution through cost estimating, risk assessment, change management, and engineering documentationMentor and develop engineers, strengthening technical capability and team performanceQualificationsPost‐graduate degree in EngineeringP.Eng. or P.Tech. designation10–15 years of EPCM experience in the energy industry,
