About the OpportunityAn Alberta-based general contractor with a full slate of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional) work is looking for a Senior Project Manager to take the wheel on some of their larger Edmonton-area builds.This isn't a role for someone who wants to be handed a playbook. You'll be expected to bring your own systems, mentor the PMs and Coordinators underneath you, and own the outcome.Duties include but are not limited to:Own project delivery end-to-end, from early preconstruction planning through warranty close-outBuild and defend project budgets and schedules to internal leadership and the clientMentor and manage a team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and SuperintendentsSit across the table from clients and consultants as the primary point of contactGet ahead of risk, whether it's a contract issue, schedule slippage, or scope creep,



before it becomes a problemNegotiate change orders and subcontractsReport on project health and financials to senior leadershipAbout YouThe successful candidate will have the following:8+ years in progressively senior project management roles within ICI constructionA track record of running large commercial or institutional projects from start to finishSharp with numbers: budgets, forecasts, and cost reportingNatural at managing up, down, and across a project teamConstruction Management, Engineering, or related degree/diplomaGold Seal certification is a plusAbout the JobThis is a permanent role with a base salary in the $135,000 to $175,000 range depending on experience and project scale, plus a bonus program, advantages, and a genuine path to grow within the organization.Please note that all candidates must be legally permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
