We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Cloud and Infrastructure Architect for our Edmonton branch to design and deliver solutions across infrastructure, M365 and Azure Cloud – Public, Private, datacenter, storage, virtualization and Business Applications. This is a hands‐on role that blends solution architecture, presales leadership, and delivery oversight, working with clients on complex transformation initiatives.A Day in the LifeWorking with customers and internal stakeholders, defining customer solutions, and delivering engagements that are innovative and exceed business requirementsContinuously improve team processes to ensure information is of the highest quality, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the teamEnsure technology designs and implementations solve clients' requirements and challengesDesign, and implement standard or custom technical solutionsDevelop complete customer-focused technology solutions for current and new service offerings, considering all aspects of architecture including business and technical requirements, sizing, infrastructure, data protection, security and recovery itemsCreate relevant documentation as required including conceptual design, logical and physical designs, bill of materials, as-built diagrams, knowledge transfer materials, FAQs, and transition to operations informationCollaborate with other team members to develop and enhance deliverablesProvide pre‐sales technical assistance, demonstrations, and product education as requiredMeet with clients to determine needs and/or identify problem areasDevelop estimates, Statements of Work (SOWs)
