Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Hardware Engineering Lead for a full-time, in office position based in Vancouver, BC. The Hardware Engineering Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and optimization of hardware systems. Daily tasks include leading the development of cutting‐edge hardware architectures, designing and testing circuit boards, and collaborating with cross‐functional teams to align hardware solutions with broader project goals. This role also involves mentoring junior engineers and delivering product goals and timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of high‐performance, reliable hardware systems to support robotics applications.You will work directly with the CEO and management team to play a critical role in shaping the future of tactile intelligence for robotics and human data.Qualifications5–10+ years in hardware engineering (consumer electronics, robotics, wearables, or similar)Expertise in Hardware Development, Hardware Design, and Computer Hardware systems and robotic hardware platformsProficiency in Circuit Design and Hardware Architecture with features of accuracy, reliability,
